Krav Maga skills and fitness are built during classes, and everyone trains at their own pace. Your only goal is to challenge yourself, have fun, and leave the mat safer and stronger than when you walked in.

Is there a minimum fitness requirement?

As a principle, in terms of a group class, the minimum required is the ability to perform normal, natural human movements, such as sitting, standing, and walking. Remember, there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else. Krav Maga skills and fitness are built during classes, and everyone trains at their own pace.

Our training is designed to improve movement, strength, endurance, and speed. At the same time, we will learn and practice the fundamentals and principles of Krav Maga, including Striking, Grappling and Defense techniques against an armed attacker.
