The Trainings

Krav Maga is a free fight martial arts and self-defense method which initially developed from Boxing and Wrestling and it is derived from a combination of techniques used in Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo and Wrestling alongside unique defense techniques against an armed attacker.

We will work on your movement, strength, endurance and speed and learn the fundamentals and principles of Krav Maga, including Striking, Grappling and defense techniques against an armed attacker.​

Strking. During our striking class we will learn and practice the basics of striking, its mechanics and the execution of punches, elbows, knees, kicks and defenses. This includes, range, footwork, body & head movement, blocks, slips, rolls and counter strikes.​

​

Grappling. In our grappling class we will learn and practice the basics of grappling – takedowns, throws and trips, locks, chokes and defenses, including dvelopment of a good balance and weight transfer, preventions, releases, sweeps and escapes.

 

Weapon. During our trainings we will also learn and practice defenses against knife and stick attacks and sharpen our instincts.

Strength.​​ Alongside our Krav Maga and Self-Defense classes, we also offering to our students Strength tranings.

​​​Our trainings conducted in a safe environment with a family atmosphere in a well equipped dojo. The trainings are suitable for all ages, genders and backgrounds.​
