Alongside our Krav Maga and Self-defense Classes, We Also Offering Personalized Strength Tranings in a Small Groups With a Family Atmosphere.

The Workouts
Our workouts are personalized and including:

Strength training.

Body weight training.

Core traning.

Endurance training.

All with an emphasis on range of motion, flexiblity, coordination, balance and posture.
We are training in a small trainings groups (up to 6 participants). In this framework, a personalized training program is built for each trainee for his/her goals and abilities.
The small group setting allowing us to teach you, guide you and be there for you so you can do your best.
We train everyday. There are no shortcuts, only hard work and fun (:
The Trainer
The Strength classes are taught by Mor – a certificated physical fitness and health instructor, certificated personal trainer, certificated suspention exercise trainer, certificated rehabilitation instructor, graduated from sports nutrition courses and a swimming instructor – all from Wingate Institute (the national institute for excellence in sports of the State of Israel).
Mor is experienced trainer and specializes in training and rehabilitation from injuries by strength training. In addition, Mor has an academic degree (B.A) in Behavioral Sciences.
Classes & Schedule
Our studio is a home for Krav Maga and Strength trainings in a family atmosphere, equipped with quality equipment with a professional instructors.
Alongside our Krav Maga and Self-defense classes, we also offer strength classes for adults. No prior fitness is required. We are training everyday.
We are committed to a high level of personalized training to help you to achieve your goals.
The classes are taught in English.
